This Agreement ("Agreement") between Unknown Egypt powered by Nũt Travel, tax registration # 373-900-732, referred to as the "Tour Agency," and each participant, referred to as the "Client. “Let it be known, that both the Tour Agency and Client agree that the details of this agreement are held in confidentiality.

1. Package Details:

The Tour Agency shall be responsible for all Egypt tour logistics and shall provide a custom tour package from 11th March 2025 to 21st March 2025, as per the agreed itinerary.

2. Package excludes:

1. Optional tours

2. Personal expenses

3. Alcoholic beverages

4. Non-alcoholic beverages

5. Water consumed at the hotel or during meals

6. International flights to and from Egypt

7. Entry Visa

8. Any items not specifically mentioned above

9. Tips and gratuities (recommended between $10 to $15 per person per day)

3. Payment Terms:

The Participant agrees to the following payment terms for accommodations with the Tour Agency:

$ 14 444 for a shared room

$ 15 999 for a private room

4. Payment/Booking Policy:

Payment of 40% Deposit into supplied bank account required to confirm space. Deposit required prior to 21st January 2025.

Please note that until the deposit is received, all bookings are subject to availability. Once the deposit is received, we will confirm all bookings within 48 hours.

5. Final Payment:

The remaining balance of 60% is due one month before the retreat begins, by the 11th February 2025.

6. Cancellation Policy:

Please take note of our cancellation policy:

If you cancel after the deposit has been paid, a penalty of 40% will be charged.

If you cancel two months before the retreat starts, a penalty of 75% will be charged.

If you cancel one month before the retreat starts, a penalty of 100% will be charged.

7. Travel Warning:

In the event of a travel warning issued for Egypt, any payments made will be automatically transferred as future credit. This credit must be used within 12 months from the date of cancellation.

8. Flight Cancellation Policy:

Please note that the cancellation policy for flights is subject to the individual airline's terms and conditions. The Tour Agency will provide the Client with the airline's cancellation policy before issuing flight tickets.

9. Refunds:

Refunds will be made to the same account and using the same method that was used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no-show for an existing reservation.

10. Accommodation:

Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Single occupancy rooms are available at an additional supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are provided as an indication of quality, and rooms may be reserved at establishments of similar quality. Published prices are subject to change without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Tour Agency acts solely as an agent for the participants and assumes no liability for any injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from weather conditions, acts of God, force majeure, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines, acts of default, delays, cancellations, or changes made by any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. The Tour Agency accepts no responsibility for any additional expenses incurred.

The Tour Agency is not responsible for any mental distress that may arise from the teachings/tour nor for any situations that may occur due to a participant's mental condition. The retreat does not guarantee any specific healing outcomes.

Payment of Deposit shall indicate and acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
